Alley Ramon, M.A., E-RYT is a therapeutic counselor and coach offering individualized coaching sessions, public Yoga classes, private meditation and yoga instruction, and corporate wellness programs. Alley is a graduate of The Institute of Transpersonal Psychology with her Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology. Upon completion of her graduate studies, she worked as a staff therapist at the Community Institute of Psychotherapy which included individualized therapy, group therapy and leading groups in mindfulness at a middle school in San Rafael. She served as President of Association of University Meditator’s (A.U.M.) with advisory from Dr. Roger Walsh, author of Essential Spirituality: The 7 Central Practices to Awaken Heart and Mind at University of California, Irvine. She went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Behavior in the School of Social Ecology.

Alley’s practice has become a fusion of wellness. She applies frameworks and methodologies learned through her clinical studies and fieldwork, applies over a decade’s worth of experience teaching yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and counseling skills into a robust therapeutic counseling practice.

Alley’s coaching and counseling is geared toward aiding clients in self-discovery, healthy habits, mindfulness, and inquiry. Her public yoga classes focus on breath work, alignment and finding freedom from the inside out through Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Pranayama practices. Her private instruction includes individual attention to alignment, therapeutics, breath work and meditation. Alley’s mission is to encourage her clients and students to realize their potential and find greater mental, emotional and physical freedom and satisfaction.
